Monica accomplishes this through individual and group coaching sessions while reaching broader audiences through radio and television broadcasts and community events. When presenting her notable lecture, “Say good-bye to fear and give a warm welcome to joy,” (“Dile Adios Al Miedo y Bienvenida La Felicidad” ) on the radio show Hogar Dulce Hogar (Home Sweet Home) and at a MANA sponsored event at the Bowers Museum in Anaheim, she reached a wide and diverse audience. Additionally, she was invited as guest speaker on Telemundo to speak on “How to Lift our Spirit in the Middle of Chaos," ("Como Levantar Nuestro Espiritu en Medio del Caos”) and on KVEA Los Angeles, where she spoke on “How to Attract the Man of your Dreams," ("Como Atraer al Hombre de tus Suenos”). Her energetic personality allows her to have open positive discourse with her audiences founded upon humor, compassion, and the deep seated personal wisdom gained through conquering her own personal struggles.
Continually dedicated to community leadership and contribution through service, she can be found strengthening women across California, Mexico, and South America. She spoke at the ACIM conference in Mexico City. Monica also serves on the Board of Directors of MANA, a California-based community-oriented Latina association. Additionally, while interviewed by Telemundo, she empowered Latinas to step up to their own call of leadership, community service, and advocacy through MANA.
